Stoic Quote

Man who suffer before it’s necessary, suffers more than necessary. One of my all time favourite quotes. It’s by Seneca, a stoic philosopher.

Since I haven’t written too much about stoicism on the blog, let me explain a bit.

It’s an ancient philosophy and quite a practical one. People like Seneca, Epictetus or Marcus Aurelius where so called stoics. One of their main ideas is that we should focus on the things we can control, doing the right things and a few more.

It’s good and applicable to nowadays life.
