Choose kindness. Choose kindness because you can. We all can. Choosing the option of kindness leads to more kindness. From and to you.
I don’t believe in treating others like one wants to be treated but the chances are higher that someone is kind to you when you have been kind to this person prior to that.
Choose the qualities you want to see in the world and embody them. Then you’ll find more of it.
